WHAT YOU GET

What the plan includes

An Airco Holland technician at a wall unit with the front cover open and the filters in view.
Every year on your plan

A service every year

The technician cleans the filters, the indoor unit and the evaporator, checks the condensation drain, the airflow and the temperature, and cleans and inspects the outdoor unit.

Priority if it breaks down

If your air conditioning stops working, you go to the front of the queue as a plan member.

A loan unit while you wait

If you still have to wait, we bring you a loan unit.

We book the service

You don't have to remember it. We get in touch every year to book your service.

Any brand

We maintain all the common brands, including systems another company installed.

Nothing extra without your go-ahead

If we spot something that needs extra work, we'll tell you what it is and what it costs first. We only go ahead once you've said yes.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

What's charged separately

The plan covers the yearly service. These aren't included, and you'll always hear about them first:

  • repairs, parts and materials
  • topping up refrigerant and leak detection
  • work that needs a cherry picker or scaffolding
  • an intensive clean or a deep clean, if your system needs one

Not every system is equally dirty

That's why there are three treatments, each with a plan price and a one-off price. Prices are for one wall-mounted indoor unit and one outdoor unit, including VAT.

Am I tied in?

The plan runs for a year and then renews every year. After the first year you can cancel at any time with one month's notice. After signing up, you have fourteen days to change your mind. How cancelling works.

How often do you come?

Once a year. If you use your air conditioning for cooling and heating all year round, twice a year can make sense, and the technician will tell you at the first service. How two services a year work.

How do I pay?

Once a year, never monthly. All prices include VAT. See also the price per indoor unit.

Do you service my brand?

Very likely. We service all the common brands, such as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, LG, Panasonic, Toshiba, Samsung and Haier, even if another company installed your system.

Is air conditioning maintenance required by law?

No, there's no legal maintenance requirement for an ordinary air conditioning system at home. The only recurring legal duty is a leak check, and that only applies once the refrigerant adds up to 5 tonnes of CO2 equivalent (Article 5, Regulation (EU) 2024/573); a split system with about 1 kilo of R32 refrigerant comes to 0.675 tonnes, well below that.
