Cancelling your maintenance contract
The plan runs for a year and then renews for a year at a time. After the first year you can cancel whenever you like, with one month's notice.

Let us know
By email or by letter. Include your name and address, so we can find your plan straight away.
You get a confirmation
We always confirm your cancellation, so you know it has come in.
It ends after a month
After the first year your plan ends one month after you cancel. There's no separate plan fee: if there's no further service, you don't pay anything more.

Just signed up and changed your mind?
After signing up you have fourteen days to change your mind. On the page for your plan, which you received a link to by email, there's a button during that time to withdraw from the plan.

You hear about it a month ahead
Airco Holland can adjust the rate once a year to rising costs. You'll hear about it at least a month in advance. If you don't agree, you can cancel from the date the new price takes effect.

Do I pay anything after cancelling?
You pay per service, right after it's done. If there's no further service after you cancel, you don't pay anything more.
I'm moving house. What now?
Let us know. If your new address is within our service area, the plan can simply carry on. If it's outside, the plan can end with one month's notice.
Will I get a confirmation?
Yes, we always confirm your cancellation.
