PROFESSIONAL AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE

Air conditioning service: cleaned, checked and tested

For air conditioning that's serviced regularly, with a normal amount of dirt. The technician doesn't just clean what you can see: they check the whole system.

WHO IT'S FOR

For a well-maintained system

If your air conditioning is serviced regularly and only has a normal amount of dirt, this is the right treatment. The technician cleans, inspects, checks and tests your system. That's more than cleaning the parts you can see: they also check how it works, the airflow, the temperature, the condensation drain and its technical condition.

Was the last service one to two years ago, or do you see a lot of dust or dark build-up when you shine a torch into the air outlet? Then an intensive clean is a better fit.

WHAT IT COSTS

One price a year

You pay by the number of indoor units: with a plan once a year, never monthly. A one-off service costs a little more. Prices assume one outdoor unit and include VAT.

On your plan

  • A service every year
  • A loan unit while you wait
  • We book the service

€199a year, including VAT

  • Priority if it breaks down
What would I pay?

Large indoor units and more outdoor units

An XL wall unit is clearly larger than the usual size of about 90 centimetres and has more surface to clean. For each large indoor unit we add €25.

An extra outdoor unit means extra work; we'll work out what that costs for you. We do the same for more than four indoor units.

QUESTIONS

What people often ask

Question not answered here? Ask Fris, or call us on weekdays.

Call 023 785 50 29
How often does my air conditioning need a service?

Once a year. If you cool and heat with it all year round, twice a year can make sense, and the technician will tell you at the first service.

Can I book it as a one-off?

Yes. A one-off service costs €210 for one indoor unit. With a plan you pay less and get priority if your system breaks down.

Is air conditioning maintenance required by law?

No, there's no legal maintenance requirement for an ordinary air conditioning system at home. The only recurring legal duty is a leak check, and that only applies once the refrigerant adds up to 5 tonnes of CO2 equivalent (Article 5, Regulation (EU) 2024/573); a split system with about 1 kilo of R32 refrigerant comes to 0.675 tonnes, well below that.

Do you service my brand?

Very likely. We service all the common brands, such as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, LG, Panasonic, Toshiba, Samsung and Haier, even if another company installed your system.

Is this right for your system?

Answer a few questions about your air conditioning, and we'll tell you which treatment it needs and what it costs.
