QUESTIONS
Good to know
Question not answered here? Ask Fris, or call us on weekdays.
Call 023 785 50 29Is there a call-out charge?
Not within about 20 kilometres of Hoofddorp. Further out, or in a part of Haarlem or Amsterdam where it's different? Ask us first, so you know where you stand. Parking is charged at cost.
How do you plan my visit?
By area. We look at which days we're already working near you and suggest one of those. If that doesn't suit you, we'll find another time together.
Do you come out for breakdowns too?
Yes, anywhere in our area. Give us a call and we'll book a visit. If you're on a plan, you go to the front of the queue.
Do you have a branch near me?
No. We work from Legmeerstraat in Hoofddorp and come to you. There's no shop or office you can drop in at.
Do you cover Purmerend, Beverwijk or Alphen aan den Rijn?
They're just outside our area. Give us a call and Rein will see whether we can make it work.
Live in our area?
Work out what a plan costs for your air conditioning. You'll see the price straight away, and you can always call.
