SPECIALIST DEEP CLEAN

A deep clean for heavily soiled air conditioning

For air conditioning that's heavily soiled. The technician takes it further apart and uses professional equipment and products matched to your system and the dirt.

WHO IT'S FOR

For heavy or unusual dirt

If your air conditioning is heavily or unusually dirty, a regular service and an intensive clean aren't enough. In a deep clean the technician takes the unit further apart where needed and uses specialist techniques: professional WIPCOOL equipment with steam, pulse, rinsing and ozone, depending on the situation. Stubborn dirt is always dealt with, and you get before and after photos.

If the last professional service was more than two years ago, or it's never had one, a deep clean is usually the right choice. Not sure? Then we'll take a look first.

IN A DEEP CLEAN

Professional equipment and the right products

For a deep clean we use professional WIPCOOL equipment. Depending on the dirt, we choose the right technique.

Five techniques. We choose the one that suits the dirt.

  • Steam cleaning
  • Rinsing with warm and cold water
  • Pulse cleaning
  • Targeted pressure cleaning
  • Ozone treatment

No single cleaner for everything.

We also choose the product for each part and each kind of dirt, for example for the evaporator, the condensation drain, plastic parts or grease and dust.

Brands we use include

  • Chemical Solutions (CH Química)

WHAT IT COSTS

One payment a year

You pay by the number of indoor units: with a plan once a year, never monthly. A one-off deep clean costs a little more. Prices assume one outdoor unit and include VAT.

On your plan

  • A service every year
  • A loan unit while you wait
  • We book the service

€349the first year of your plan, then €199

  • Priority if it breaks down
What would I pay?

Large indoor units and more outdoor units

An XL wall unit is clearly larger than the usual size of about 90 centimetres and has more surface to clean. For each large indoor unit we add €75.

An extra outdoor unit means extra work; we'll work out what that costs for you. We do the same for more than four indoor units. If your system is very hard to reach or unusually dirty, the technician first looks at what's needed.

QUESTIONS

What people often ask

Question not answered here? Ask Fris, or call us on weekdays.

How is it different from an intensive clean?

In a deep clean your system is taken further apart where needed, and the technician uses professional WIPCOOL equipment: steam, rinsing with warm and cold water, pulse and ozone, depending on the dirt. Stubborn dirt is always dealt with, and you get before and after photos.

Can I book it as a one-off?

Yes. A one-off deep clean costs €370 for one indoor unit. With a plan you pay less and get priority if your system breaks down.

Do I need a deep clean every year?

Usually not. A deep clean gets heavily soiled air conditioning clean again. If it's then serviced every year, a regular service is often enough. The technician will tell you.

Do you service my brand?

Very likely. We service all the common brands, such as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, LG, Panasonic, Toshiba, Samsung and Haier, even if another company installed your system.

Is this right for your system?

Answer a few questions about your air conditioning, and we'll tell you which treatment it needs and what it costs.
