INTENSIVE AIR CONDITIONING CLEAN
Intensive cleaning of the indoor unit
For air conditioning that's clearly dirty inside, or hasn't been serviced for a while. The technician opens up the indoor unit further and cleans what's inside.

WHO IT'S FOR
When a regular service isn't enough
If your air conditioning is clearly dirty inside, or its servicing has fallen behind, a regular service doesn't go deep enough. In an intensive clean the technician opens up the indoor unit further and thoroughly cleans the parts inside: the evaporator, the cross-flow fan, the condensation tray, the condensation drain and the inside of the casing. A hygiene treatment is included.
If your system is heavily soiled, or an intensive clean isn't enough either, you need a deep clean.

Everything side by sideWHAT IT COSTS
One payment a year
You pay by the number of indoor units: with a plan once a year, never monthly. A one-off clean costs a little more. Prices assume one outdoor unit and include VAT.

On your plan
- A service every year
- A loan unit while you wait
- We book the service
How many indoor units do you have?
€269€419€579€729the first year of your plan, then €199€269€349€419
- Priority if it breaks down

You don't get priority if it breaks down
Large indoor units and more outdoor units
An XL wall unit is clearly larger than the usual size of about 90 centimetres and has more surface to clean. For each large indoor unit we add €50.
An extra outdoor unit means extra work; we'll work out what that costs for you. We do the same for more than four indoor units.
QUESTIONS
What people often ask
Question not answered here? Ask Fris, or call us on weekdays.
Call 023 785 50 29How do I know if my system needs an intensive clean?
Look at when it last had a professional service: one to two years ago usually means an intensive clean. Also take a quick look yourself. Switch the system off and shine a torch into the air outlet. If you see a lot of dust or dark build-up, it needs more than a regular service. Don't put your hands or anything else inside: just look.
Why does it cost more than a service?
Because the technician opens up your system further and thoroughly cleans the parts inside. In a service they check the condensation tray, the condensation drain and the fan; in an intensive clean they take the covers off, clean those parts and the inside of the casing, and add a hygiene treatment.
Can I book it as a one-off?
Yes. A one-off intensive clean costs €285 for one indoor unit. With a plan you pay less and get priority if your system breaks down.
My air conditioning smells. Will an intensive clean help?
Smelly air conditioning is nearly always dirty air conditioning: dirty filters, mould or bacteria on the fins behind the filter, or a dried-out condensation drain. A regular service usually sorts it out. If the dirt goes deeper, it needs an intensive clean or a deep clean.
Do you service my brand?
Very likely. We service all the common brands, such as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, LG, Panasonic, Toshiba, Samsung and Haier, even if another company installed your system.
Is this right for your system?
Answer a few questions about your air conditioning, and we'll tell you which treatment it needs and what it costs.
