First in line if it breaks down
If your air conditioning stops working and you're on a plan, you go to the front of the queue. If you still have to wait, we bring you a loan unit.
MAINTENANCE PLAN · ALL COMMON BRANDS
For one fixed price a year, we clean your air conditioning and check it over. If it stops working, you get priority, and if it needs a part, we put a loan unit in place in the meantime.

WHY US

If your air conditioning stops working and you're on a plan, you go to the front of the queue. If you still have to wait, we bring you a loan unit.
We maintain all the common brands, including systems another company installed. If we don't know a system's history, we'll first work out what it needs.
If we spot something during the service that needs extra work, we'll tell you what it is and what it costs first. We only go ahead once you've said yes.
HOW IT WORKS

An indoor unit is the part of your air conditioning that's mounted indoors and blows out the air. How many you have decides what you pay each year.

You don't have to remember it. We keep track of when your air conditioning is due and let you know in good time when we're coming.

The technician cleans and checks your indoor and outdoor units, and then tells you what they found.

Ask FrisIN A DEEP CLEAN
For a deep clean we use professional WIPCOOL equipment. Depending on the dirt, we choose the right technique.

Five techniques. We choose the one that suits the dirt.
No single cleaner for everything.
We also choose the product for each part and each kind of dirt, for example for the evaporator, the condensation drain, plastic parts or grease and dust.

UP CLOSE
This is what an indoor unit looks like with the front off. This is where the dirt sits, and where the technician gets to work.

Dust and lint on the fins.
We inspect and clean it at every service. Intensively in a deep clean.
Black build-up in the tray that catches condensation.
We check it at every service. We clean it in an intensive clean, and completely in a deep clean.

QUESTIONS
Question not answered here? Ask Fris, or call us on weekdays.
Call 023 785 50 29No, there's no legal maintenance requirement for an ordinary air conditioning system at home. The only recurring legal duty is a leak check, and that only applies once the refrigerant adds up to 5 tonnes of CO2 equivalent (Article 5, Regulation (EU) 2024/573); a split system with about 1 kilo of R32 refrigerant comes to 0.675 tonnes, well below that.
For a system at home, once a year is usually enough. If you use it for cooling and heating all year round, twice a year can make sense, and the technician will tell you at the first service.
It depends on how many indoor units you have and how dirty your system is: that's why there are three treatments, from a regular service to a deep clean. A plan costs less than a one-off visit, and all prices include VAT.
A smelly air conditioner is almost always a dirty one: dirty filters, mould or bacteria on the fins behind the filter, or a dried-out condensation drain. A regular service usually sorts it out, and if the dirt goes deeper, it needs an intensive clean or a deep clean.
Water from the indoor unit is almost always condensation, not refrigerant: usually the condensation drain is blocked or the filters are dirty. If the outdoor unit drips while it's heating, it's usually just defrosting and not broken.
